Life Story for Odessa Mosley (Pritt)

Odessa Mosley (Pritt)
Odessa Maxine Ruth Mosley passed from this earth surrounded by her family in the comforts of her home on February 5, 2018 at the age of 90 years old. Ruth was born in Oklahoma on June 30, 1927 to James and Maude Pritt. She lived in various towns and states. When she was fifteen, she worked at a California shipyard as a welder in support of World War II. She also worked at Western Electric on the assembly line in Oklahoma City for ten years. After living in Dennison, TX for many years, she moved to Noble, OK; Moore, OK; and most recently El Reno, OK to live closer to her children. She loved the Lord, Betty Boop, glitzy things and crocheting. You could find her at home watching old cowboy movies. She especially liked "Law and Order" and listening to country music. As her family grew, so did her love for them.
Ruth is preceded in death by her parents; husband Chuck Brown; husband J.C. Brown; husband Buddy Mosley; brothers Clarence, William and James Pritt; sisters Edith Pritt and Thelma Gardener; and daughter Donna Brasseaux. She is survived by three daughters Carolyn Rainwater, Barbara Brooke (Bob) and Sandra Howard (Robert); seven grandchildren Paula Goodson (Terry), Jason Black (Maria), Jennifer Karr, John Brasseaux, Mandi Harris (Cary), Mike Lines (Jessica) and Aaron Lines (Jennifer); twelve great grandchildren Cordero Goodson (Shana), Jay Black, Macey Black, Mason Black, Raquel Rivera, Caleb Karr, Coby Karr, Mike Harris, John Harris, Logan Lines, Jackson Lines and Rylie Lines; and six great great grandchildren Corbyn Goodson, Malachai Goodson, Chloe Goodson, Mahala Hill, Baylen Hill and Jacob Hill.
